Gain confidence and trust in yourself and your horse through knowledge and expert instruction.

HORSEMANSHIP MENTORING

Horsemanship Mentoring assists in cultivating the human capacity for higher reasoning by allowing people to safely participate in scenarios where they have to over ride basic fear/personal communication tendencies and communicate effectively and appropriately with their horse. ... in other words, to develop a solid relationship with their horse. Learning to act instead of react by increasing their knowledge and understanding of how horses behave, then applying that knowledge to real horses and real situations.

This can be a one or four sessions (or more) series of sessions that focus on helping you gain confidence in yourself and your horse, overcome fear and develop an enjoyable and satisfying relationship with your horse. By combining proven and sound natural horsemanship principles along with sound instruction from an experienced equine specialist with well trained horses, participants gain knowledge and confidence. Sessions can then include participants own horse, depending upon the nature of the horse and circumstances.
